    I have just read an article about Hoddle claiming that Hodgson has made a mistake picking Lambert ahead of Carroll, and that he was disappointing against Ecuador.

    What a clown. How can he claim that with real belief

    Hoddle is a cockwomble, end of story.....I don't care what he says really because his opinions carry no weight with me but it annoys me that the media give his bullshit credence.

    Venables annoyed me more. Only picked him through media pressure and put him in a position to fail, on left wing in the abandoned N.Ireland game. That, and his bizarre continued preference for Anderton, who was made of tissue.
