HMRC Saying Rangers are ALREADY insolvent

    Apparently HMRC application saying Rangers illegally trading as they have already ran out of money - the application is to get administrator in who will get the books - confirm this and liquidate them?

    Could be gossip - or could be the end of Rangers is very close
