I find the whole face painting = racism thing to be a big grey area, I don't know when it's supposed to be racist and when it isn't. If a black guy put white paint on his face to dress up as someone white then I sure as hell wouldn't be offended.

Even if it is her, the Republicans have a cheek to bring that up! Also, this photo was probably taken in the 80's? Attitudes were different and not in any way congruent with today's values.
