.....hope this happens. If we go down he's the sort of player we have to keep. If we stay up, I can see him being a "squad" player but a valuable one.

the youth team players and reserves can learn a hell of a lot from plyers like Hill & Derry by watching how they train and look after themselves off the pitch. Good move
