http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage/news/4584249/O2-twitter-exchange-goes-viral.html A CHEEKY worker for O2 used the company's official Twitter feed to hand out customer service advice - using street slang. The hilarious online conversation between a customer and a member of staff has become an internet sensation with the mobile phone feed using words such as âfamâ, and "ting". The Twitter exchange begins when a customer complains to the phone company, saying: "b****** man ting I swear direct me to your owner what happened to my internet connection mans having to use wifi and dat." But instead of replying using traditional language - the O2 account decides to mimic the customer. It says: âHave you tried to reset the router ting, fam, so mans can use the wifi and dat?â The thread continues with the user, called Tunde, replied: âjheeze so man speak slang and dat r u a girl what ends u from. And naa ii didnât what router.â He Tweets a friend: âlooool O2 learnt slang now so they can communicate with ther hood customers.â In other Tweets, the O2 account says: âThe router/modem that sends the WiFi signal round mans yard to get internet? Reset it and let us know how you get on fam. âOh! Do you have a data bolt on fam? Has mans tried taking the batter out and wiping the sim? Let us know so we can help Tunde!â The numerous exchange has spread across social networking sites, with the O2 reply being retweeted and favourited more than 3,000 times. And for those less familiar than with metropolitan street slang, than Tunde and O2 customer services please find below what we think the pair of twits were getting at.
