Link for highlights worrying thing is Leeds had one chance, the rest of the highlights was all about us. So maybe with an out and out goal poacher we could improve. By the way the C class merc is better than the A class in the advert http://www.skysports.com/watch/video/sports/football/10141198/leeds-1-0-bristol-city
What like the ones that we went for and posters complained it was panick buys. And posted threads and essays saying SL and SC are wasting time for? Then when there was rumours we was interested in Bradshaw so more threads and essays saying they were third division rubbish etc. But then during this window crying for the club to get them? Yeah if we only got one eh
One thing I have learnt Kojak is not a top championship striker at. Present. We need quality and fast, games are ticking away, the results are still not coming
We have scored only ONE goal this season from outside of the penalty area-(Lowest in the league)- Have only had one penalty (and missed it) and the Midfield have contributed the grand total of ONE goal between them in the league. It doesn't take a rocket scientist long to work out what out problems might be-
We can look forward to playing the likes of Accrington Stanley next season, which will be watched by 9-10,000 people in a 27,000 capacity stadium. I'd imagine quite a few Season Ticket holders wont bother renewing again if that happens.
What like the thousands that deserted last time we went into division 1?? Because from memory it wasn't such a big drop that everyone was saying it would be. But if people don't want to come to the ground, that's their choice. I will still be renewing my season ticket and still go to see City play.
I will still go, still hoping we can stay up though and think we can, we just need some goals!- I have said for a long time that we need to win a mini league of which we are currently sitting 3rd in the bottom 5. The 2 above us are 1 win away from overtaking. Where we let ourselves down was the home draws v MKD and Charlton where 2 points were lost in both games. If we do go down, then would like Plymouth to go up for no other reason than an away trip is closer that a home one.
I didn't go to the game but the stats seem to show we were on top - they only had one poxy shot on target - which must have been their goal. All our keeper had to do all game was pick the ball out of the net once. Ffs.
UUUUUUUUUMMM let me see ..ah got it we don't score more than the opposition, with the back up factor being we don't score goals !
Totally frustrating isn't it- We seemed to have 3 on target but saw the highlights and the one that Flint put wide should have gone in
Absolute shocker of a game but you had the better chances, That Kodjia looks threatening but really needs to work on his end product Good luck for the rest of the season guys
Good for you, but not everyone will fall for it season after season when there are so many other ways for people to spend their money which doesn't involve us watching the likes of Crewe on a wet Tuesday night in the middle of Winter. If we go down, factor in a loss of revenue from smaller attendances (which they will be), less programmes, far less away fans, less food and drink being sold etc and lower admission prices/Season Ticket prices to reflect the rubbish we'll be playing against (again) and the downward trend will continue. We cant attract anyone decent to the club while we're in the Championship, so it will be even harder in L1 and then add in the wage cap that's bound to be a factor and the likes of Kodjia who will probably want to leave.... Doesn't paint a very rosy picture does it ? But if we can find a saviour very soon then we might still get away with it.
