Speaking to the Financial Times, three of the Big Four supermarket groups, Tesco, Asda, Morrison's and Sainsbury's said they could be forced to hike prices as the costs of doing business in Scotland would no longer be absorbed by their UK operations. So they are either going to retain more of their profits for themselves or they are going to pass on the savings to their UK customers which they haven't said they would so it looks like the former.
Give them a year and they will move their Head Offices to Scotland to take advantage of the low corporation tax

The farmer's markets will be much cheaper than they are now as we won't be subsidising Nigel via the tax. We'll all be healthier. Vote Yes!
Then, when the "Big Four" supermarkets are losing business to all the other food outlets listed on this thread they'll drop their prices to compete; which will probably mean their English operations footing the bill
