It seems that Mrs Hiddink feels that Guus' gardening skills aren't that great, which would give him good reason to carry on in full time football management, espescially at club level. Good news for Chelsea as he has welcomed the opportunity to discuss a concrete offer from the club to manage the team on a full time basis I was gutted at the end of the season when he left, although admired his integrity for doing so, and would welcome him back to the club. He was solid, got hold of the players and made them a cohesive unit once more and the results speak for themselves... Take your time Roman, and make the right decision for the right reasons.
