Anyone see the bang in the face HH took early on? What an immense performance yet again from the Iceman, he is, without doubt, our player of the season so far so let's all raise a glass to our hero! Cheers...<cheers>

He couldn't hit the ground if he fell out a plane 2 years ago for us, just shows what a managers confidence in you can do for your moral and ability.

I'm not saying he's half the player Sir Les was, but not since Les have I seen any player of such a small size leap like a flipping salmon. Teams are going to have to bring on a ladder to deal with him soon.

justmedave can you name a better header of a football than H.H or a cooler penalty taker in the Premier, any road up Sir Neil said that he wished that two H.H's so I should think that he will be at L.R for a while.

Despite the early knock, what a battling performance, and goals, by HH and great overall team effort. Watching the game second time round I note that HH is also doing his share defensively - a great header of the ball. Given the limited squad available to him, a very clever team selection by Neil Warnock. Traore looks really good, and uses his pace well in that more advanced position on the left. Ferdinand was rather indecisive at times, but I thought Gabbidon generally had a solid game. Barton played well and was unlucky to get that 5th yellow card and I hope Luke Young only has a slight strain - what a striker's finish on his goal! As usual Faurlin inauspiciously strutted his trade as the midfield general.

Following the logic of HH's return to form does this mean that in two years time Rob Hulse will be incredible as well????

Did you guys see that only RVP has scored more in the last month and a bit! Love it.

HH has been an revelation this season. I'll hold my hands up and admit that I didn't think he was gonna do the business for us in the prem, but I'm delighted to have been proved wrong. He's looking better with each and every game. U Rs!!

I believe that he did a decent job in the prem before he came to us. Maybe some players styles are better suited to the prem rather than the ccc. also have to say the players surrounding him now are better, our first team quality has improved. the ball in by traore was quality for HH.
