Played 94 Won 36 Drawn 25 Lost 33 For 145 Against 130 Simply not good enough for the money Scally has spent, incapable of tactics, incapable of sorting a good consistent defence, incapable of getting consistent wins, incapable of getting the players up for big games, incapable of getting us out of this League. He has to go.
Last season could be excused, this one cannot. To be effectively level with Aldershot is not acceptable for the money the Chairman has backed him with.
I don't think we will get passed 40 wins in hessenthalers reign (if my maths is right at the end of the season he will of been in charge for 101 games?)
Paul Scally gets 10/10 in my book for the support he has shown Hessy, vocally and financially. Regretably he's been totally let down by an inept manager who seems totally lacking in every aspect. We've scored a lot of goals but Hessys cavalier approach to defending is not acceptable.
