if this is truw can only be good, seems like hendon has left on good terms with hess which bodes very well for future loan deals and would help to smooth iffy's appointment if he is indead to be appointed. for me he has good experience and he may have some good links given where hes been managing etc
was thinking more all the clubs he's been manager/caretaker manager and coach for over his short non playing days. however we do seem to be diversifying the team atm bringing in many international players so your suggestion may come true
