Simple solution, you can show incredible ambition by Sven pairing Heskey with Owen again as your strikeforce.

Surely the only thing stopping you would be the cash, which shouldn't stop you at all. Having Heskey and Owen upfrontwould send out a BIG message and also create lots of publicity for your owners.

Nope, the only thing that'd stop us is players dropping down a league.

Trust me, not many players want to drop down a league.

Look at Nolan for West Ham. It can happen, and you have Sven to pull in the big fish. It would generate lots of interest in the league.

Don't forget, Newcastle we're in this league the season before.

Its not like he is a massive player.

A lot of people feel he was one of the best midfielders in the league last year, and don't forget Owen hasn't set the premier league alight for years!

Nolan is a decent prem player but not a great one. I dont think has ever played for England, i think it would be a bigger thing if West Ham keep hold of Scot Parker then signing Nolan.

Yakubu and Bellamy was big things as they are proven in the prem for years as 2 of the best strikers in their

Agree, even Jimmy 'Glass Knees' Bullard is better when he is fit.

If a miracle happens and Bollard stays fit we could be a dark horse!

Fryatt and Simpson could enjoy the opportunities being created.

Hmm. Each to their own but Bullard wont win you the league.

Bullard is just a tiny bit better than Wellens and with Danns and King supporting him we have reason to believe we're going up.

I wouldnt say Bullard is better then Wellens, Bullard has a better eye for goal but Wellens is an all round better midfielder, plus Wellens has been nearly ever present for 2 seasons with us and Bullard probaly hasnt played half a season.

Even Robbie Savage said not long ago Richie Wellens is the best midfielder in this league. I think Scott Parker is now but he will probaly leave

Agree with this <ok>

If Wellens scored goals he'd have been playing in the Premiership years ago.
