QPRTILLIDIE Tuesday, 6 March 2012 He's not over the Hill When Clint Hill saw two new left footed players coming into the club he must have thought his days at the club were over. Neil Warnock had already loaned him out to Nottingham Forest but he was called back, Neil himself admitting it was a mistake. Clint stepped up to the mark and showed what a great pro he is. so its hardly surprising he's done it again. The only real surprise to me is how good he is as a centre back, not a postion I'd have thought he was that good at, of course hes proved me wrong. Against Everton he played superbly well, as if he'd played the postion all his life! The one thing you get with Clint Hill is heart, soul and passion! He plays as if his life depends on it, never pulling out of a challenge. Yes he is sometimes reckless but I for one would have him in my team on his hunger to win every time! I really hope Mark Hughes offers him another contract, some people might say at thirty four hes to old but I'd give him a year's contract. How many times has he been written off at QPR? All he does is come back and hes even better. If Luke Young is fit for Saturday Mark Hughes has a tough choice to make. It's not Luke's fault he was injured but after saying that I don't see why any of the defense should be dropped after Saturday's display. I'm a little concerned about Paddy Kenny; he needs a hip operation and I think its obvious. Now if I can see that then I'm sure opposing teams will. The Paddy Kenny we had last season would have saved the Everton goal on Saturday of that I'm sure. Cerny played at Anfield and I have to say he was in great form; so why put Paddy through the pain when we have a replacement? We've fought for fifteen years to get here and if we get every player to fight with the passion of Clint Hill we'll be as safe as houses! the wig at 01:21
