    34 today in fact.

    Heavens forbid he gets injured.

How many seasons left for the goal grabbing sex machine?

Oh how I wish he was 24 and our player. Does anyone reckon he would have been as good as SKP if he played along side Quinny?

We were linked with him so many times over the years, I wonder how strong the links were, how close he's been to signing for us.

Nearly 700 goals between him and Shearer, one trophy. Unbelievable.

How many other strikers that score at that rate, walk out after their career is over, with nowt (or next to nowt in AS's case) to show for it?

Edit, sorry, Defoe has a League Cup medal. Forgot about that one.

if you think O'Shea is 35.

Just been looking at his stats, 09/10 looks like his most prolific in terms of goals to appearances, but I'm thinking he scored 5 in one game vs Wigan if I'm not mistaken, which may skew the data, after that, last season looks to be about his best 'full' season. He doesn't seem to have lost anything, but he's obviously gained experience.

There's an argument to be made mate, that he's better than he ever was now.

Definitely good enough to play for us, could have done with him last season, but maybe Rashford wouldn't have come through if he was here.

He is a damn good player.

One most if not all despised at one time. Funny old game.
