    Apparently Herman Hreidarsson will be off to Coventry by the beginning of the week. :undecided:

    He is a top Banana old Herman. Did anyone see him going round the harbour on a jetski dressed like, and singing as Elvis? All for Charedy of course.

    Strange move by Coventry ! Appy is definitely trying to rid us of our older players.

    Shame to see him go though, as he is the type of character you need in the dressing room.

    Also, with both Halford & Mokkers going off injured today, that does leave us somewhat short in defensive cover.

    Herman is 37, but was for a long time my favourite Pompey player- it ould be a real shame to see him go.

    However, Coventry must be seriously in trouble trying to sign a 37 year old wo has played 4 times all season <laugh>

    Herman was past it, you could see that from last season, and i am not surprised he is going. It means that we can bring in a player. which i expect to be Mattock. I'm glad Appleton is starting to move on the older players.

    Saying that though i'm sure he will be missed around the dressing room.

    He did well for you as he never ever said quit. Age though catches up with you and he may well help you by keeping Coventry below you.
