Tell you what, you want "experience" - ok, lets go hire

Mark Hughes - sorry whats that, QPR are going down...?

Ok, how about Neil Warnock, oh hang on...

Lets see, how about Dave Jones then, what's that, spared last minute blushes by equaliser at home to Walsall...?

Just give it a rest and let DM get on with the job of rebuilding our team - it needs a complete overhaul with smart footballers who are confident on the ball, wherever we are...

I think he can actually do a good job given the time to re-shape the team. People keep going on about the players he's brought in not improving the team but

Davis - class act, not match fit but a good player
McManus - better than anyone else we have at cb
Wood - Proved to score goals in this league, not his fault our wingers can't cross well 9 times out of 10
Pearson - Has looked very good in the centre until tonight and moves well off the ball - much better than Kilkenny in comparison.
Foster - Would genuinely rather see him start rm than albert at the moment, also very versatile
(Cisse) - May as well be as KM wasn't ever gonna play him and has been one of our best players

Every player he's brought in has added something to the squad, give him the summer to sort it out and make his own team.

He's having to make the best of a bad job - I would say we have about 4 players with real confidence and ability on the ball, lets see if you can name them.

The only thing I would disagree with at the moment is that I think that Albert is a luxury we can't afford right now. His impact is limited at the moment and frankly, I would rather play Joe Bryan who I thought had an excellent and steady game against Leicester and which is co-incidentally(?), the only game we have won lately.

I thought he gave us some stability, looked very assured and always had time on the ball and found a red shirt - I watched him pretty closely and I believe I am correct in saying that he gave the ball away only once when he tried a flick round the corner.

Other than that, it is up to the players to show the same belief as they did against Leicester & Cardiff

NO FREE HEADERS OR UNCHALLENGED BALLS ANYWHERE ON THE PARK is half the battle

Our new look team next year will not be doing that, trust me....

What and you think he would have done worse ??? At least he would have got us playing football, not the **** for all to see tonight.
I've seen more team spirit on the downs...
What you have to remember is that Zola would have attracted good players down here, just because it's Zola.

You have to admit as it stands, it ain't going to plan for the ones that wanted Del, you can blame what you want, but I just don't see the motavation he is injecting.

Again Lan-Lodger another one of your stupid statements.

I see the other manager I wanted before Millen is doing ok....Roberto!! That was before he went to Chelsea

Spot on Jambo, spot on, that is for the first team regulars but on reflection, I would add Pearson as well - I would also add McManus to the list for battling and setting an example

Better than the schoolboy **** we're playing now.....I know (of what I heard) apart from the Chelsea haters of West Ham, most were sad to see Zola go......
The first couple of seasons he did have them playing good football that was until he was forced to sell his best players to balance the books.

IMO Cisse is the only decent player I would automatically start.

Last nights loss can be pretty much be summed up in to words, David James, what the hell was wrong with the man last night, why on earth did he try punching the ball away with no real threat CATCH THE ****ING THING

i know everyone says gerkin inst good enough but the one thing he is better than james at is Shot stopping, also decision making jamo has made alot of bad mistakes since arriving, the only one i can remember. Its Up to you Del boy but i'd go with gerken from here on out

I don't have any axe to grind with Del or his backroom team and will support them the same as I've done to date even if we're in L1 which looks a real possibility.

As I've posted on another thread, IMO, the sharp decline in our club and its fortunes is due to the owner and current chairmans ego's and lack of due care and attention. The pair of themt would struggle to organise a piss up in a brewery.

I could not face coming on here last night to be reading, the normal is Del good enough!
Unfortunately with this bunch of players judging on last nights performance no, but I don't blame Del I blame the players they go out and show the world what they can do, against Fester they done it, Cardiff they showed that they could do it. But Watford we were in charge up till the first **** up. But that bit is a enigma to me because i believe that barring Leicester and Cardiff up untill the opposition score we are in control which tells me the manager has it correct, once they score against us our heads drop and lose all shape and forever passing the ball to the easist team mate to take onus of himself which is normally backwards or sideways pass or hoffball.
But also we had the Pitman/McAllister blow up regarding the free kick, IMO that was not staged!
Albert stands there waiting for the ball because he wants to beat 3 players before he does pass or shoot but that never comes to anything. Even my 12 year old daughter can see that now. But he does this every single ****ing time stands right wing 2 yards inside our half takes the ball passes back to RB then opposition come into him tight recieves ball back turns and runs! Try something new Albert run down the wing allow the RB to lift the ball over their defenders your already running at pace take it in your stride, Man U do this all the time **** all teams with quick wingers do it. I know a lot of times you can beat them nice to see but predictable.
I blame the board for not backing him in the January sales. He probably went to the board said I don't want him or him they are out of contract end of this season, so I'm going to need funds give it to me now 4 months early and I will have a team to compete now! But they only allowed 3 loans and Foster!
Maynard even said he enjoyed working with Del and Doc and if things were different they were here sooner he might of stayed.
Fontaine must of realised being club captain that Saturday no McManus along with injured CD we have he is going to have to be carefull, not ****ing jump in two footed into a tackle!
This season my wife has had 2 knee ops one with a 4 month rehilbilation, I have had a back op, but missed 3 home games, if she can go through the pain to get there to see her club, why can't the pounces in their flash cars and nice houses that I help contribute along with the other season ticket holders and paying fans, put in a decent performance and at least look like you are supposed to playing.
Nope I don't blame the Manager I blame the board and players who don't want to play for the club I love and will carry on loving even if we go down!
