Did we not threaten from the corner kicks he took - I seem to recall Jerome scored from one of them. When was the last time you saw a City player deliver a decent corner kick? I don't know whether your gripe is with O'Neil, QPR, Portsmouth, Superman or the world in general but it's going round in circles and getting tiresome.

his corners have been excellent - and thats another positive i didn't even mention about him - set pieces

I'm also a fan of O'Neil for his composure and good passing, and yes, his set pieces are generally good. He didn't start against Brighton because he hadn't trained all week, not because he was dropped. With Howson up the pitch, O'Neil should be starting alongside Tettey on Saturday.
