I Think I will take up knitting........that way Fran will be surprised if I knit her a scarf.........I prefer crotchet but it's too fiddly these days. See you didn't know I could do that did you Fran? A man of many talents me!! I may also go and see Hampshire play as there ground is only just up the road. I could take me knitting, do you think I will look out of place...... And my edit button ain't workin properly either!!!!
I'd prefer a nice blanket thingy with the armholes (if you know how to cast off). Would do wonders for my rheumatics in February.
A nice break to get our breaths back. We must all wait patiently for new signings and not expect marquee signings..not NA or NC's style. Have fun discussing all the gossip and then amazed as we sign someone unexpected. Enjoy the play-offs because we're not in them! Look out for pictures of team training in the sun and, hopefully, coming back fit. Playing a few friendlies where we will win 1, draw 1 and lose 1, so everyone will be banging their heads against the wall and crying out, we are doomed, we are doomed. Waiting to hear about the big friendly at SMS and the opening matches in the CHAMPIONSHIP. Enjoy.

I'm going to lose 2 stone in the next three months and be fit and healthy for August. Or I'll just sit watching semi-professional netball on Eurosport eating cakes. One or the other.
Just like Saints, Hants always start slowly as well. Awful, awful start last season - ended up winning the T20. Pretty awful start the year before - ended up winning the FPT 50. Awful, awful start the season before that - ended up going into the final round of Championship matches with an outside chance of the title.
I'll be spending the next 3 months trying to avoid all news of 'possible' moves for Chamberlain and Lallana away from SMS, trying to move back to Basingstoke and watching British (and World) Superbikes. Good times!
