They'll be ready at any time. If you go there before the day of the match, have a note of the order number with you and possibly your customer number. They'll look it up on the computer and print you out your tickets there and then. If you pick them up on the day of the match they'll just ask for your name and firs line of the address and they'll pick it up out of the pile for you (they have them pre printed on match days to cut down on queues I guess) :)

Also, while this is a help thread, anyone know how the supporter coaches work? Never been on one before, only ever got the train but getting it to pborough on Tuesday. I'm collecting my tickets from the ticket office, so will there be coach tickets or something be in there too?

I would think you will be fine to get them as of monday, they are printing them as normal and well in advance of the game, I have had my coventry ticket for at least a month. Best thing to do to save you wasting a drive is give them a call on Monday and say i wanna pick them up ....whenever....and I'm sure they will say that's fine!

I sadly tried all day and failed so I have resorted to signing up to the Coventry Database, and have tickets in their stand, so hopefully a bit of negotiation with a steward and try get into northam. Even though don't have any seats everyone will be standing anyway. Keeping fingers crossed

You need to book it when you book your ticket. You can't turn and buy the coach travel as there is no guarantee that their is space on the coach. Thats what i did and i got lucky and that is what i got told

Ah yeah I booked the match tickets and also the coach tickets at the same time online. just wondering if the coach tickets will be in the same envelope when I collect the match tickets from the ticket office? And are the coaches sat behind the Northam stand?
