This is a plea for help! I'm back for the derby with bairn, and am trying to buy tickets in the South Stand for the two of us. It's impossible to get two seats together, but no bother, as long as I'm not too far from him, that's OK. I've logged onto the site, found suitable seats using the "Choose Seats" option ... but then when I try to buy tickets for those seats the ****ing thing just won't work. Originally I thought the seats must have just been sold, but no, seats shown as available on the "Quick Seats" option also show up on "Choose Seats" but I can't buy them. In fact "Choose Seats" doesn't seem to work for anywhere in the stadium! Anyone had the same problem and found a way round it? I bought tickets this way last time I was back for a match and had no problem, I don't think I'm doing owt wrong!
Have you tried it in a different browser? I've had past problems with a shopping basket error and had to do it on firefox instead of chrome There's loads of seats together by the way.
If the problem you are having is when you put the amount of tickets you want (should say out of 10)... If you want 1 ticket : put in 10 If you want 2 tickets: put in 20 etc etc I have the same issue !? Good Luck
I'm trying with Firefox. I've updated it as a was using an old version - still won't work. I'll install Chrome and try. Thanks.
Bri, you are a ****ing genius. Tried with an old version of Firefox that I hadn't bothered to update - got nowhere. Tried with the latest version of Firefox - got nowhere. Installed Crome - worked immediately! Got tickets exactly where I wanted, at the back of the South Stand, with bairn sitting immediately in front of me. Thanks a lot to you and to Home and Away.
