http://www.not606.com/showthread.php/31738-What-s-happened-to-my-album?p=150261#post150261 All my photos have disappeared and I'm not happy about it. I don't mind them disappearing due to a temporary fault but what I find disappointing is that no explanation or acknowledgement has been forthcoming. I'm just wondering if this is the tip of the iceberg. Hopefully not but I'm still reviewing the site all the way up to the 606 closure and at present this is not a positive sign.
The only thing is Sy, this forum has been going for some time. Maybe it's vulnerable to attack. I know Mick has been taking down functionality to track don the problem and will bring it back up. But according to the the General Forum he has gone off to a wedding and I'm not sure how this site is resourced. 606 was resourced by salaried personnel, although I don't know how many developers were employed. But with the backing of the BBC it did have resources available and the resilience must be higher than one set up by an individual. I think this site will keep us going for some time but if one materialises with "guaranteed" funding, as opposed to one man bands, it might be worth considering. Meanwhile we are giving this site a good trial with 3 months to go before the closure of 606. Have a look at my post on the Horse Racing Forum where it is much more difficult to decide where to go, being a single community requiring all day, 7 days a week exchanges. http://www.bbc.co.uk/dna/606/F20412336?thread=8063603
had a good day out at bradford the team played well and we were very unlucky not to come away with a result.straeker played well at left back and combined well with betsy down the flank.westy played well at the heart of the defense as did winfield who is getting more like terry evans every game i see him play a no nonsense hard tackler .the beever ran his heart out as usual and how we didnt get 2 penalties only the ref knows.we had enough chances but didnt take them had a shot cleared off the line and their keeper made a very good save from a lewis shot.mcclure should have salvaged a point late on ,firstly heading over a pinpoint betsy cross from 8 yards out and then after turning oliver inside out blazed over the bar from just inside the box.good noise from the blue army all through the game and a few new songs that will be a hit with the adams park faithfull at the next home game.the journey home with blue slasher and 1887 till i die was made much better with us listening to spurs on the radio winning at sunderland.
