I am new here, just seeing what this is like after many many years posting on Planet Swans. I hope this place is more suitable to what PS has recently become.
It moved servers recently due to problems with the old site crashing often. The new board seems to be difficult to navigate and a plethora of posters who are devoid of a sense of humour have taken over. The resort to abuse within a couple of posts and are unable to recognise anyone elses viewpoint. It's a great shame as PS and J.A.NET before it has been my home for years and years. I thought I would look around to see if there are any other sites which are similare to what PS used to be.
Thanks, I'll give it a go and see if it feels like home. I have to admit though, I am addicted to PS and will find it very hard to leave permanently!

The problem with PS is that mods lets the cursing and swearing at other posters get way out of hand. To the extend where it's a killjoy. It's sad as many international posters, most notably americans find Planet Swan, and have to see what is essentially old feuds being bannered as fandom. But losen up, it doesn't jack matter which forum you belong to or write mostly on, that's just another blind alley some fans have gone down. Love the team and the club and sort away the malign shyte that some fans think show they have greater involvement than the next guy.
Welcome Jackfath . Think ive read some of your post over on planet swans,you Will be a welcome addition to the family, we all Get along but all cant stand each other sometimes! As a said ,like a family ! We tend to debate the good and the bad with our swans on here ,sometimes it gets ugly but nothing like you Get over on PS . Enjoy Y J B
A warm welcome to you - read a lot of your stuff on PS. I'm certain you'll get a home feeling here soon enough. I do miss the old PS setup (I'm unfaithful in more ways than I wish to post on here). The mix of crazies and sensible is very balaced here: there's even room for me!
