    Hiya Pompey fans,

Just a quick message of support for your great club. I can relate to your suffering, we have been through it as much as you have. You will recover, and you will be great again. I'm not here to mock, but to send a message of support that in a season or two, once the club has been stabilised, and the rebuilding has been done, there will be light at the end of the tunnel.

Norwich are about to poach our one remaining gem, Snodgrass for 3m (not that the football club will get any of that), after stealing Johnson and Howson last season for next to nothing.

With the departures of Varney, Ashdown, Pearce and probably Norris, are you resentful of clubs like Leeds hovering like vultures, picking off the remains, or do you feel its a sign of the times. Do you wish Leeds well next season, or do you want them to suffer.

I wish you all the best for the forthcoming season.

I want you to do well cos I've got respect for clubs with good noisy fans. but I also want you to get relegated so if we do survive both as a club and next season on the pitch, we can play you.

Was hoping to go to Leeds during the last 2 seasons. 1 was during Christmas on a Tuesday and the next season Ken Bates had his way with the ticket prices so never made it. 1 day though.

Hermanator, fair play fella. Yeh, Leeds fans are quite passionate. I hardly ever make the 400 mile journey to ER, for that very reason. Cannot wait for Bates to go....

That Christmas game was a cracker. Yes, pun intended. 3-3, I think it ended, after an abysmal refereeing performance and some Jonny Howson magic.

Realistically, I think Pompey are a low second/high third tier sized club, so I won't miss you that much, but all the best to you in your survival and thanks for the signings.

Good luck from a hammer, no football supporter should enjoy seeing a club erased from existence, especially as those to blame have walked away with full pockets.

Well to be fair this time he didn't actually walk away with his pockets full - the Lithuanian government seized all his assets (allegedly ill-gotten) and we (plus the players, HMRC and local small companies) pay the price.

Do you think football will ever be cleaned up?

    Me neither.

Good luck from Gillingham as well guys.

We came very close to the abyss but a new owner and some direction gave us our championship years.

    I hope you stay.
