Heidar Helgusonâs 20th-minute header in the 1-1 draw with West Bromwich Albion on Saturday equaled a QPR record. The Iceland veteran netted for the fourth Premier League game in a row at Loftus Road, making him the first player to do so since Les Ferdinand back in the 1994/95 season. He is now one goal off equaling Gary Bannisterâs record of five home matches on the trot which occurred in the First Division at the end of the 1985/86 season and first two matches of 1986/87. The best for the West London club is nine home goals in a row by Tommy Cheetham and Brian Bedford in the Third Division seasons of 1935/36 and 1964/65 respectively. Helguson has now scored six goals in his past seven top flight outings making him the clubs top scorer so far this campaign. http://www.tribalfootball.com/artic...remier-league-record-fourth-goal-trot-2537221
