If only the players were a tenth as passionate as the fans, we would be challenging for Europe, my hat off to all the supporters of this great club.

 

Instead of the players being read inspirational quotes from books, stick em in a room with some Leeds fans

 

What a bloody good idea, they would then have to answer some very important questions, also the players could see first hand what the club means to the fans.
it might just give them the gee up they need for the next two, of the most important games of their career.

I'd gladly do that. You know, I've spent time talking with Mick Jones and Allan Clarke this afternoon and there is still a great rapport with them and the other players that we will never have with any other players in my opinion. As Allan said they would give their all for the shirt and we are on the same wavelength with our values. You'll never get that sort of rapport with many players nowadays.

 

Lucky you. Difference is our 70’s legends are still Leeds and I suspect as passionate as rest of us. Modern footballers for the most part can’t be too bothered once they’ve moved on. Btw. See you at the peacock Sunday Heidi. Lot of drunken Irish lads will be posing for photos

Spot on Heidi. Very approachable the Revie greats. Well the ex players I've met are. They are a different class and played the game for the love of it more so than the money and without any of todays politics.
