Has left Barnsley to move up the road to Leeds.
Didn't fancy us earlier in the season but can't really see the attraction of Elland Road.
At least our owner doesn't care whilst the guy at Leeds seems quite unstable football wise.
Interesting to see how he does in his new job.

He’s a Barnsley lad. Probably wants to stay around the area. Also I would guess (and this won’t be popular) in a straight fight between the two, most would pick Leeds.

Signed a new contract with Barnsley on the 2nd. Strange one.

The Leeds owner might be unstable but at least he seems willing to fund a team that is competitive in our division.

I’d like to think I’m not someone who will do Sunderland down just because I support Newcastle. The NE itself is in a sad state of affairs. Chances are there will be no NE representation in the PL next season leaving the likes of Burnley and Bournemouth looking more desirable. Very sad state of affairs indeed
