I would put this on the Hearts board but naecunt will ever read it.

How good an idea is it that you can get you food delivered to your seat? I think its a great idea, especially for midweek games when your pushed for time and never get the chance to squeeze food in between pints.

On the other hand its another step towards the gentrification on football which isn't always a good thing.

Would you like to see it at Celtic Park? I beats missing some of the game because your starving.

They'd need to do something to boost the HSDPA and general 3G signal at Parkhead first.

Ye cannae even send an MMS on matchday much less access a secure site, place an order, leave your card details etc etc etc

Won't work at Parkhead until then.

There's an entire part of the Maley's Bhoys forum dedicated to interacting with the catering people at CP.

They apparently took all suggestions that were tweeted to them about it which means my suggestion of "stop selling hunners of crap and just bring down the price of bovril" was seriously suggested <ok>

I was being serious, though - over £2 for a bovril is a proper outrage - then they run out and kids about you are able to buy hot dogs and pizzas and other such unnecesary baws.

Narrow the product choice, bring doon the price ya bastards <grr>

I was in Poundstretchers and they sell the wee cups in a tower with the Bovril in them.

Gave them to my mum and my dad and brother in law get them to drink at half time while watching the game in the hoose.

I've been known to have a jar in my cupboard - one of those things you crave, buy, then only use half the jar before chibbing it a year later.

Sometimes the lid on the jar gets welded shut with sticky bovril goodness and you need to draw a sinkful of hot water then submerge the lid in the hot water to loosen the lid.

Alternatively, you can buy a squeezable tub and squirt your desired amount into a cup.

My mum did buy one, after my dad threw the last few out by mistake. It's quite dear <yikes>

I just thought having it in the wee plastic cup things looked cool, plus it was only a quid

    Now you're getting technical.

I've never tasted this 'bovril' - am I missing out on savouring a vital aspect of being a Celtic fan?

It's a sort of drinkable gravy.

My kids refer to it as "beef tea"

I'm sure I read somewhere that an Irish guy invented it for Napoleon to feed his army in the peninsular - part of my brain might've made that up, though, and justified it with a false memory.
