    Somebody's got a book to sell - this should create enough publicity with minimal effort.

    Cynical but very true.

    If it is indeed true that not all the details were revealed, then the author of this new book should be charged with perverting the course of justice.

    What a ****, using the death of an actress to sell his book - hang your head in shame.
