Defends well and has a great turn of speed, gets forward and offers support. First game for a while so maybe a bit rusty and getting to know his defensive unit otherwise I wouldn't be surprised if he keeps his place in the team.
He was good. Strong and fast but I don't think there's a clear MOTM, well apart from their goalie. Everyone was a 6 or 7 apart from Keane who was very poor.
Sounds like he did very well again today. I thought he played quite well at Sheffield Wednesday in the second half. Perhaps slightly at fault for their second goal, but overall I thought his effort and pace was good. Should keep his place in back four alongside Hill, Dunne, Ned/Simpson.
I watched it on a stream & as at Huddersfield he played well. Should be retained but that is far from being a given. The best defensive left back at the club & should have been playing since he signed for us. Personally, I thought that Clint Hill was MOM.
I saw, and admired, Yun Suk-Young in the Capital One Cup match against Swindon. He looked ordinary in the first half, but, I thought, was excellent pushing forwards in the second half when he was bombing down the wing collecting searching passes from Ale. From what I saw today, he again looked good. On at least a couple of occasions he easily caught up their winger and out muscled him. He also looked more than competent going forwards. I will be very disappointed to see BAE ahead of him in our team again this season.
Yes, I thought he looked strong in defence, difficult to push off the ball and also likes to go forward. Last year on loan at Doncaster he only played 3 games. Paul Dickov has thanked Queens Park Rangers boss Harry Redknapp for allowing Yun Suk-Young to link up with Doncaster Rovers on loan. please log in to view this image The South Korean full-back rose to prominence during the 2012 Olympic Games, earning him a switch to Loftus Road in January. He is highly regarded by QPR officials and staff, but will not be rushed into their first team set-up. Instead, he will be allowed to get valuable minutes under his belt at Championship rivals Doncaster. Dickov is delighted that Redknapp regards Rovers as the best place for Yun's ongoing development, with several second tier clubs having expressed an interest in taking a player who was heavily linked with Manchester City before securing a move to England. He told the Doncaster Free Press: "We're lucky to have him. "We thought he might be a little out of our range because there were some top Championship clubs in for him on loan. But Harry has been great and he's looked after us on that one. "He'll bring a lot of energy for us, he's a top player. "He's someone who is rated very highly in the game. QPR nicked him from a lot of big clubs." http://www1.skysports.com/football/...ul-to-qpr-for-sending-doncaster-yun-suk-young
He did really well, could of hid and kept it simple but didn't, seemed to me he made the step up today. Would of liked him to shoot when he over did the cross, but who cares. I think he's got a goal or two in him.
How many other players could play to that level with the potential to improve? We will never know as they are never given the chance. Instead we have mediocre at best players like Henry, O'Neill and benayoun stifling the youngsters at the club.
