Heaney has obviously got all his eggs in one basket..........blaming the Football League for holding up the deal....until their Thursday meeting,....... where he says they will OK the deal..........So only two days to go to seeing his money.........what can go wrong now......nearly there !!!

    Interesting reading:

"Also facing disposal hearings in the cases, brought for a total of £10,029.07, were Cornish Properties Limited and Cornish Homes (Developments) Limited.

The latter lists Mr Heaney as owner, while Cornish Properties Limited is wholly owned by Wittering Services Limited, which is based at the same Gibraltan building as Bishop International and lists identical nominee directors and shareholders."

So Cornish Homes (Developments) Limited which I believe went into liquidation with 4.8Million debt was taken to court with Cornish Properties Limited which Heaney did not "apparently" own. Bollocks. His debt - end of. The fact that he was in 2007 apparently worth 154M means he should have the change in his pocket to have brought Argyle months ago. Oh well.

Even more interesting is that BIL is listed at the same location as another company he is involved in with the same shareholders. I really fail to see how Brendan could not have checked any of this before he accepted the £300,000 - £700,000 less than asked for by this clown.

Finally as the comments on the article state: http://www.thisisplymouth.co.uk/Heaney-Argyle-deal/story-13274228-detail/story.html - why is Ridsdale speaking to other investors and allegedly Brent and Buttivant if the money is there and he is just waiting for the FL to ratify the deal?
I think Heaney is living in dreamland.

Rumours on PASOTI seem to indicate the deal may well be dead in the water. Apparently Ridsdale has been talking to a Monaco based investor to see if they are interested.

I think however we would rather Brent be given his chance.

This saga is like having a toothache. It just nags away at you whatever you do. This has to be the final week now. If the FA rubber stamp the deal then there is no backtracking, no more excuses or missed deadlines. The only thing left is to produce the money or not. I lost the will to live with all of this ages ago and can no longer get excited about any of it.

Logically joe there can be no further bullshitting once the FA have met and their decision is known. There is no more excuse for not doing what he has said after that. Stands to reason therefore we will know this week one way or the other. Not exactly holding my breath though despite the reasoning.

The Football League should call Heaney's bluff..........in fact it's down to them that it is now dragging on.

THEY SHOULD HAVE CALLED AN EMERGENCY MEETING TO SAVE PAFC FROM THIS RIDICULES DRAWN OUT DEATH.

IF THEY CARE ABOUT ARGYLE THEY SHOULD HAVE PUT THEMSELVES OUT JUST A TEENY-WEENY BIT TO SAVE THIS FINE CLUB.

THEY ARE LOOKING NO BETTER THAN HEANEY AND GUILFOYLE......SOUGHT IT OUT NOW FOOTBALL LEAGUE.......GET ON WITH IT.

So the courts are chasing Heaney for debts that three of his companies owe.

I can only assume that the nasty Football League are the reason why that can't be paid,so convenient to blame someone other than yourself.

With the BBC and other news outlets reporting on Heaney's confidence in the Football Leagues OK for the the deal tomorrow,it couldn't pass bye without noticing the kiss of death being put on Peter Ridsdale by Heaney's support of him.

Being ok'd by Heaney must be every persons dread, and Heaney might achieve by his support of Ridsdale what many Argyle supporters want...........Ridsdale's exit from the club.
