Our old friend HMRC have had the audacity to try and give Kevin Heaney a kicking over outstanding taxes.

Kevin comments that it is ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING that HMRC are trying to give him a kicking, possibly because of his links to PAFC. A spokesman at Truro City FC said it was only a £100.000 over the last two years that was outstanding.

The Herald asked Brendan Guilfoyle for his views, and he refused to comment.

They also tried to contact Peter Ridsdale, but were unable to get through to him.

The case is scheduled to be heard at the Royal Courts on the 31st of October.

Kevin........your £300.000 exclusivity money would be very useful at the moment,Maybe Brendan Guilfoyle might give you it back if you asked him nicely.

Moron! The HMRC probably helped the FL with their decision to hold off giving him premission to buy Argyle, knowing this was around the corner.

I feel sorry for the Truro fans but I hope he is exposed as the (penniless?) shyster he is.
