Thoroughly enjoyable read and a lot of sense spoken. Football management is no different to management in any industry. I'm sure we've all worked with people who have been rewarded for their long service in a role by being promoted into management and have turned out to be totally unsuited to the job. They become dangerous people if left there too long. They end up causing damage to the company and adversely affect the morale of those they "manage".
