The above is believed to be the first sighting of the creature known as ‘Lee Darnbrough’, also known in some quarters as ‘Hull City head of recruitment’. For months it was believed that this creature is a mere figment of imagination; but the above photo is, according to believers, him leaving his hibernation nest and approaching his day nest where his yeti-fax is kept. It is said that twice a year, once in the summer and once in January, that he will send one fax asking for football clubs to provide his prey ‘poor quality footballers’.

However, despite some people believing in the existence of this creature, there has never been any hard evidence to suggest that he actually exists .

    :)
If he was behind last summers recruitment, I'd rather he stayed in hibernation.
You do wonder though what the hell is the point of his role?

Are we talking about Lee Scarlet Pimpernel Darnborough?

“They seek him here, they seek him there
Those Footie Agents seek him everywhere
Is he in heaven or is he in hell?
    That damned elusive Pimpernel”
