    While the last thing I want to do is bring this up again,
    The FA have just ruled that Hazards 3 game ban for his red card against Swansea in the Capitol One Cup semi final is adequate punishment and have decided not to increase the ban

    Apparently it wasn't an FA decision, but an Independent Commission who accepted Chelseas' case. The FA wouldn't have enough brains between them to come up with a sensible decision.
