    I'm not sure whether it's based on club and country or just club. If it's both then I'd agree Oscar should be on the list. Hazard hasn't been consistent enough to warrant a place IMO but FIFA have a tendency to favour European players when it comes to Ballon D'or awards/nominations so I'm not surprised <ok>

    After Septic Blatters latest attempt to choke himself by putting his foot in his mouth regarding Ronaldo,, expect he will come snivelling and crawling back and give it to Ronaldo. Or maybe to whoever gives him the biggest bung, like all his other decisions.
