Sore losers whining on. Villa could arguably have won the game. Different mind set 2nd half, and if they had lost, who's to say tactics/results would be the same in other games. You may as well go to court on every contentious decision and restart the season. Southern ****ing cry babies, if they go ahead with it.
At the end of the day, Bournemouth need to look at themselves in the mirror and take ownership of their own failings. Typical modern society though, find someone to blame and try and get a quick buck out of it...... Anyway they'd just laughed out of any court.
Had it been themselves, I might have a small bit of sympathy, but only a little, it wasn't though. They were **** and got their cumupence, they'll just have to accept that, take ownership, that's life I'm afraid. If it was us considering something like that, I'd be embarrassed no end.
We didn’t last time we went down. Not Hawkeye but we were on the wrong side of quite a number of really bad decisions that season. Part of going down is nearly always due to bad decisions going against you, none of them are deliberately wrong but that doesn’t help if you’re on the wrong side of it. But nobody goes crying off to the Courts. Now it would seem that “if there’s blame there’s a claim” is the World’s over riding policy.
It’s not a valid case for saying it sent them down. It’s not even provable that had the goal correctly stood that they still wouldn’t have got something from the game. As they’d have had to chase the game in the second half and would have decisions based on that. It’s a nonsense premise and won’t get anywhere near a court.
you might lose points yourselves for playing a dodgy sub ! Bornemouth have been done well and truly to that **** system.
VAR and Goal Line technology are there as aids for the referee. He makes the final decision and he decided it wasn't a goal. He was wrong but the referees make incorrect decisions all the time. There are absolutely no grounds for taking legal action based on the Premier League rules. As far as I understand Bournemouth have only said it may be discussed at their next board meeting anyway.
