Morning all Thought it appropriate to start posting again after what seems like an age of talk, rumours, and the rest of it! We are about to get down to what really matters the football. So thought I would have a few pennies on it all, this is what I have come up with today. Yeovil - Away win City - Draw Rovers - Draw ICT - Home win Reasons for the above. Yeovil - Fancy them to do it today, if they are ever going to compete its at the start of the season, unknown factor in the league, the magic of playing championship football will out way any nerves, there surely cant be any pressure on them, Millwall, well easy start to the season, what more can you say? City - I think they will have a good season TBH, but they will have to come to terms with the fact its not going to be a gimme, I think they will need 10 games to get into their stride, Bradford newly promoted so think like Yeovil that will make them capable of a draw. Rovers - A score draw for me today, I hope the players, especially the younger ones dont read the forums to much, if they did they would probably think promotion is inevitable with all the usual hype that is around at this time of the season, rational thoughts seem to fly out of the window for most! Personally I think we have a club capable of a solid top half of table finish with the foundations which have been put in place, the key will most likely be how the younger players cope, the injury situation and getting off to a good start points on the board early doors. Inverness Caledonian Thistle - A great season last time out, not so for the Middon, I think this season will be a near carbon copy for both teams so expect ICT to win comfortably today.
