As we all ( well nearly all) knew we'll continue to self support the squad by player sales . Not a bad thing whilst the pool still ( and I belive it is ) has a number of good players coming through. https://www.westerntelegraph.co.uk/sport/18051349.trevor-birch-leon-britton-steve-cooper-fan-forum/
Why is the parachute payment reduced ? What was the other one spent on ? What happened to all the £100m + a season all those years up there ? Have these and other questions have Been satisfactorily answered ? Sir Laudrup was right that you can't stand still if you want to progress up there ? We ain't up there anymore but the footy and atmosphere is better again now Imo .
They do drop each year that I do know with one year left I belive. "It goes down to 40 per cent (£35m) in year two and to 20 per cent (£15m) in year three". The sooner Carroll , baston and Ayew are off the books the better. I've read on other forums that the yanks haven't taken any money out ????????? ,well they were only here because Jerkins told them we're a cash cow so if they haven't taken money out why isn't the Club up for sale.
Well they wouldn't be doing it for the benefit of the Club, I wonder should it ever go to court regarding the sale to the yanks how that will affect both parties ?
What didn't work for Laudrup ? Nobody at all wanted him in UK! Why ? We were chuffed to get him and so you are saying none of the 100's of clubs in UK would want him ? Detailed answers please, if you're capable of that ?
