Some would be shocked by the last one but since Rafa shoved him in he has performed admirably, especially for his first season in England

Oscar would be next on my list but the other two Brazilians have given us a buzzing midfield when paired together and Luiz has scored some beauty's

Hazard has been terrific and would be player of the year at any club without the magical Spaniard that is Juan Mata. Consistent, effective, brilliant!!!

 

My top 5 1 Mata 2 Hazard and Luiz 4 Cech 5 Ramires.

Struggled to put Ramires in, he undoes so much good work with just awful passing and recklessness. However his energy,workrate and crucial goals get him in.

 

Its easy to forget the goalkeeper when you draw up a list of 5 but Petr has to be in it. Unfortunately the Official Player of the year award only allows 1 vote. Get voting!

 

I think it a shame that us 'poor' people are excluded from this, given the money and chance I would go to every game possible.

Cech has to be in it for me as where would we be without him. Ramires I couldn't include he absolutely infuriates me, and who couldn't see that red coming yesterday, Luiz, Hazard and Mata I can never say who is the better of the 3 as so much to offer in different ways. I always think the best judge of these things are the people who play against them. Who do other teams hope are out of the squad when they play them. Judging by the way Hazard is set upon left right and centre I would say him I think as that is the only way most player can get the better of him

Anyone can attend the dinner if they buy a ticket! However if you choose to cast a vote for player of the year, the voting form asks for your membership number/ST number and it wont log if you dont enter this info! Try it and see what I mean!

 

All done thanks, and I voted for Cech as I just felt we couldn't be where we are at the moment if it hadn't have been for him.

 

I managed it ok, no probs at all just had to give usual info email address etc. Has anyone been to one of those events ?

 

Yes it will, i'm not a member and it counted my vote, they sent me an email. Under member/st it also has an option saying NONE
