    Great movies that may have been overlooked because they weren’t mainstream.

    Once Were Warriors

    Critically acclaimed. Superb film. Didn’t do much at the box office. Highly recommend.

    On the theme of Warriors, the film 'Warriors' is a bit of a cult classic now. But was totally overlooked when it was released.

    A Simple Plan.

    Great film.

    Definitely wasn't main stream, can't really remember that far back as to whether it got cinema release over here.

    Bad taste and braindead. Lord of the rings director Peter Jackson’s first films. Cheap, very cheap, horror films absolutely brilliant.

    how many of you have actually watched it, and understood it?

    it's the same as full metal jacket, you can watch and think ok.

    Not saying it’s not a great film and full metal jacket is one of my all time favourites. I was going on the lines of lesser known films.
