I'm not having a go at the manager far from it, i've heard our fans say we can't sign world-class players and we can't afford them, like Lou Macari said a couple of weeks ago '' the name Manchester United should be enough for any player'' but its not, now we've got Chelsea, City, PSG and Monaco throwing their money around like there's no tomorrow, if you asked me 10 years what clubs players would've joined back then, i would've answered, ourselves Arsenal, Liverpool, Real Madrid, Inter Milan, AC Milan and Barcelona but now players are in it for the money despite what they say, they are controlled by agents as well.

No just got poor leadership at board level as well as stubbornness of rival teams to sell.

I would agree with this, at times this summer, i wish Gill was our chief exec, he would've completed some deals in no time but we've got Ed Woodward who's bothered about signing sponsorship deals then players.
