    I don't wish to believe it has but even I am having major doubts at the minute. Something just doesn't seem right with the timing of the Snoddy sale, even LUST are now getting frustrated

    I have always been concerned about this 'takeover', it just didn't feel right and I have to say that if LUST came to me to try and sell the club, I'd tell then to **** off and get back to paying their money to watch whatever was thrown at them. My fear has always been is this another Bates movement? I would not put it past him to bring in a foreign person who has some form of disposable cash, but not anywhere near enough to make Bates position difficult. Bates I'm sure will have full control on what happens now and in the future, hence I'd suggest Leeds fans wake up to the reality that nowt much will change and if you have fallen into the trap of believing things were on the move, and bought season tickets and strips etc, then more fool you. :emoticon-0101-sadsm

    Due Diligence can take a long, long time. Especially for a company/club that Bates has been controlling the finances.

    Not as long as this appears to have taken, even by my own experience of buying healthcare business from other venture capital companies, things didn't take this long.
