Who is going to replace 'our Neil' as BBC Radio Norfuck's co-commentator and 'canary call' host ? Does anyone know ? I'd be great if it was Dion, Greg Downs would do a good job I think, as would Darren Eadie. As much as we all love Hucks, he's got the carisma of a donkey with piles ! My choice would be Darren Eadie, what you boys reckon ?

It would have to be Eadie, I think
But could Dion be the missing link,
    Hucks would, as you say
    Not have an array
Of banter, to bring to the rink

And if he should run `Canary Call´
That awful thing, after the ball,
    Has been packed away
    They might have to pay
Him double, to chat to them all.<yikes>

I'd love to see Eadie do it. You can tell by the passion in his voice that he really cares about NCFC and he has a natural, relaxed style which would make him well suited to the role. I always feel listening to him that he is being genuine - what you see is what you get. I think he would cope with some of the nutcases that phone in after the match too as he has a cheeky sense of humour plus he isn't afraid to have a pop at the binners which is a massive thumbs up!

I'd love Stephen Fry to do it. Imagine his put downs on some of the callers on canarycall. Would be worth the license fee alone :emoticon-0102-bigsm

    Maestro <ok> ... <laugh>

That's a fantastic idea there must be loads of his twitter followers on here, let's bombard him with requests to do it. Obviously he's extremely busy and travels quite a bit to say the least but he could do the odd show couldn't he?

I'm cracking up here right now just thinking about him taking the piss at some of the morons that fone up

Craig Fleming, Adrian Forbes, plus Eadie and McVeigh as PC has stated. Oh, and Matt Jackson starts next week at Wigan.

(What's Adrian Coote up to these days, he has a good radio voice)

Plus the ""lucky"" recipient gets to put up with 'Mr Halfwit from Hethersett' droning on during Canary Call afterwards <yikes>

I wonder if BBC Norfolk have told them all exactly what's involved, yet ?:emoticon-0102-bigsm

Shouldn't Eadie be planning on taking over the academy from Ricky Martin? He seemed so confident about it a couple of seasons ago and claimed he could of done a better job...

Wish it could be Dion but if it was a choice between Radio Norfolk and Sky Sports I think I'd go with the latter.
