but, it probably won't be much of an insight as it sounds like Chris Hughton will be resting his most important players for the big game this weekend. Still, be nice to see them huff n puff a bit before they come down to ours on Sunday. Shame it wasn't an away trip to Braga!
Will be interesting and, although I'd like them to win, I hope they're given the runaround tonight and perhaps a few minor injuries to say, 10 or 11 players.
Difficult to call. Lose and they might be up for bouncing back or they might be so depressed we thrash them. Win and they might be full of confidence. I will settle for them being pulled all over the park for 90 mins.
Braga are a decent side, yeah...it is a shame Brum arn't going to be given the run around in a quarry in Portugal though. Hope the lose, as otherwise they are in danger of picking up some form. Birmingham's young striker looks decent btw
Yep Braga are a decent side (we would know that you see as we've actually competed in Europe recently unlike yourselves), anyway I think brum will lose tonight and win 2-1 on Sunday.
They're decent as you lost heavily 4 seasons back - interesting logic applied, I'm going on more recent form...so how are Pompey doing?
We lost because our (then) manager had jumped ship 24hours before the game. We're doing alright, bit of a slow start but that's nothing new, it's a long old season mate look where Derby finished last season lol (compared to how they started), Leicester and Cardiff had better teams than you did and didn't get promoted.
You keep underestimating us, that's fine, it will make it even sweeter when we take you apart with our dazzling, samba football! Just remember, we have been watching the Saints ripping apart teams for a year (and giving Manure a fright too) and we have things that the likes of Leicester and Cardiff never had last season, team spirit, winning momentum and continuity, you can't buy those things.
Well thanks for that anyway, you've illustrated my point even better with Doncaster (maybe i was a bit premature with Derby)
On the other side of the coin, QPR and Norwich got off to good starts and ended up getting automatic promotion.
