Ok, let's get as many posters as we can to give an honest assessment and see where we're going to finish. Unfortunately, after I did this 'predictor' City finished 3rd bottom on 39 points. Then again, I did finish 10th I think it was, in Thai's season prediction league ! Basically I predicted a 1-1 draw against WBA and a heavy defeat against Citeh. So if I'm wrong and we manage to beat WBA we should be ok....................God I'll be glad when this season's over:emoticon-0107-sweat

I have to believe, just because you have to, that we will beat WBA. I think we will winevery game. I don't expect to but think we will. And despite their win over us, I don't think Villa are safe. They have Chelsea who need to be assured of a CL spot. And Wigan, who will still probably need to win their last game.
I am not considering any other team although hoping against hope that one of them does capitulate.
So assuming we beat the Throstles, we will have 41 points. I don't think either Villa or Wigsn will have that come last game. Could they afford to play for a draw? Doubt it.
So going against all logic, I will go for safety on 41 points.

Wigan to beat Swansea, lose to Arsenal and draw with Villa.
Norwich to win 1-0 and lose 4-0
Newcastle to draw with QPR and lose to Arsenal

If we only draw with West Brom, my current prediction would have us down on goal difference, unless we concede fewer than 4, or Newcastle lose by more than 2.

How do you post the table? I got EIGHT on 41 points. Unlikely but I got that scenario. Depending on the amount of goals conceded in the run-in, it's between Wigan, Villa, City and Newcastle. For simplicity I used 1-0 or 0-0 throughout. Using this, Wigan -21, Villa and City -22 and Newcastle -23. That's tight.

    This is what I got

    j.jpg

Norwich draw with West Brom, hiding by Man City
Sunderland to draw one and lose two of their last three
Wigan to draw two and lose one

Of course, I can also see Wigan snatching a last minute winner against Arsenal while we gift the game to West Brom

Without any sort of bias brought into the equation, I predicted Villa to go down after losing 3-1 to Chelsea and 1-0 to Wigan. Didn't initially predict Norwich's scores but, with us on 38 having played 36 and Villa on 40 having played 38, a win against West Brom would see us safe. Of course, however, it may actually not.

What is certain is that we will need more points.

Used "Snipping Tool" (should be pre-installed on most computers, if not print screen) to copy it, uploaded it to imgur.com, then posted the URL in between [ img]url[ /img] tags.

I have us to go down on 39 pts with a worse goal difference that Wigan. I tried to be realistic and honest with all results. I hope that I am wrong but I dont see us beating West Brom, they will be given a rocket after being beaten by Wigan!
