I see people praising De Gea for his wonderful saves and Valencia and Young for their beautiful goals, id on't hardly see anyone praising Ferdinand. Few moments before our first goal Blackburn would of scored if Ferdinand never made that perfect tackle. His experience helped us today, he made that goal saving tackle. I laugh at people who thinks Ferdinand past it and he shouldn't make the Euro's for me he has to make it to the Euro's, i'll be surprised if he hasn't made it. Its good for England football team if he makes it. he did also save us today with that important tackle.
He may have slowed pace but he still has a great football brain and knows how to handle all types of battles
Not past it certainly, but with all the injuries he's getting it has to be said he's on a downward spiral now. Still don't think he should make the Euros. Time is right to blood the next generation, players who will be at the next WC.
