Anybody feel the same hatred as me with their gaffer?? Every time i look at mine i imagine the amount of violence i want to cause him. I constantly have to think of my boys and the financial impact it would have on our family if i let my emotions take control so keeping things calm is hard. Anybody else in my boat??
I've had good & bad ones but there was this Jock **** who was a right ****ing twat. I'd have happily played football with his head. No doubt wherever he is now he'll be making some poor ****ers life a misery.
I was sacked for allegedly threatening to undo the rhinoplasty my dickhead boss had just had done a few months earlier. Didn't help that when I was brought in before the HR lady I looked her dead in the eye and said "Do I look like the sort of person who'd make a threat like that? In front of no witnesses? Surely you don't think I'm that daft do you?" She did.
I am a gaffer at my place of work, and I would imagine there are some who would want to kill me at times. However, I also believe I'm fair, truthful and competent, so on the whole I do have the respect of the team. Regarding my boss, she is absolutely great and I have no problems with her at all.
Hate my direct superior with a passion. The **** lied and bad mouthed me behind my back to get me taken off a specific duty because her only friend (camp as **** part time drag queen) didn't get the special treatment from me (on shift rota) that he did from her. Confronted her about this and her arse dropped out but denied knowledge of anything. Took this matter to the higher ups who took time to make up a fabricated story of events to protect the **** from further action. And that's why the NHS sucks! It's full of lying incompetents at middle management level!! I will have my day with these people. I've a long memory and hold a grudge! This ****ing post has me in a right bad mood now! FFS
I once got the old tin tack, after i followed a supervisor into a big freezer room..**** was a mag, and we didn't see eye to eye from day one.. It was worth it..
This is going to put me in a bad mood aswell. He the most laziest, spineless, arrogant, bullsh!tting b@stard ive met in my whole life! Hes one of them blokes where if you tell him a story he'll instantly fabricate a story to try and out do you. He walks about with his chest puffed out thinking hes hard as nails but really hes soft as sh!te. He does feck all all day, but as soon as a manager comes down he starts barking out orders to try and impress them, and he manages to wrangle coming out every weekend to stand about doing nowt on OT to bolster his already inflated salary. Hes that spineless if he has an issue with one of the lads, he'll leave them a note cause he hasnt got the balls to tell him face to face. The list goes on and on........
Hes been told many times, but hes that deluded he actually thinks the place would close down if it wasnt for him. Ive got something on him where I could get him sacked on the spot if i was a grass. But im not so ill just have to keep having the violent thoughts.

Ha, im afraid not. My hatred is at such an extent theres nobody on the telly i hate more than him. Id have Noel as my gaffer over him anyday.
