This story got me thinking... if you could sue a player... who’s would it be and what for?

Marcelino and Luque for touting themselves as “footballers”. They should be done under the ****ing trades description act or summit!

I'd sue Jack Colback for impersonating a footballer

I'd throttle Pardew for the way he treat King Hatem

**** me the lad has sunk to new depths. Crying shame that someone with so much talent has self destructed. Looked like he had turned a corner at Nice, turns out not.

How can he honestly expect to win this? The defence must be pissing themselves.

“You’re honour, i’d like to point you towards his track record at Lyon, Marseille, Newcastle, Hull - the lad is a known bell end”
    “Case dismissed”

Typical that when we finally get someone with world class talent, he turns out to be a world class twat. In some ways I’d like to sue him for wasting his talent and spending too much time in chicken cottage.

But he did give some good times. I think it would still have to be Marcelino. Twat.

Colo for having his pubes on his head.
Perez for having more grease in his hair that is legal.
Fecundo Ferrerya for being on our wage bill despite not being a real person.

Michael Owen for finally killing my sense of optimism. Although the writ would be to try and recover medical expenses on behalf of the club. 10% commission and I'd make a fortune.

Nile Ranger. The claims are too numerous to list.

To be fair, if he'd lived up to his potential we'd have never got him in the first place.

He gave us some amazing performances but by the time we moved him on he just couldn't be bothered to do anything - and he should have been at his peak.

He may be a massive twat but reading the article it sounds like he may have a case. His argument is that he was frozen out from the first team squad permanently when he refused a transfer and so missed out on bonuses etc.
It sounds like PSG actually made a conscious decision to do that which was illegal. However their case will probably be that he didnt attain the levels of fitness to be brought back into first team squad and will introduce his weight measurements as proof.

Whether he has a case or not though it sounds like the desperate action of someone who wants a quick pay day instead of knuckling down at his new club.

What one of life’s many wasters who just want a free ride? There are enough out there now. Saying that being the type of lad he is, I’m sure some greedy lawyer is behind it encouraging him. Not an excuse but he does seem the type easily led. He is emotional and impulsive - which probably assisted him on the field if fit. But it also makes him susceptible to making rash decisions through not having the right people around him. Strikes me as a child in a mans body.

Massive shame. The early glimpses were ridiculous. But there had to be a reason the elite clubs didn’t touch him. Afterall he easily had that kind of ability. Emre was a bit like that for me. Had unbelievable talent but couldn’t be arsed. Mind I never understood why we used him as a deep lying playmaker when he looked amazing for Turkey at no.10

Add Kluivert to that list of ludicrously talented twats. My favourite match day comments about him were in the Chronicle: "played like a man in a nightclub - - some nice moves but careful not to look like he was trying too hard"
