Everyone laughed when I kept stressing the importance of bringing in a striker in the Transfer window... everyone said ...will be fine we have super danny welbeck coming back.

I also said we will drop out the top ten very soon...we have lost 4 on the bounce with no fight or passion and nothing on the bench to bring on to change the game... we now have Arsenal and liverpool, another two games with 0 points.. not looking good is it??

I cannot believe we were in a fantastic position to kick on from 5 points clear in 6th now we are droppin glike a stone... f*(^& joke,

We cannot relay on 1 striker up top need another option to chance the game when it is not working.

    Bruce out!!!

Seeing as how it's the defense that's gone to ****, i suggest you think before you post.

    Pele wouldn't have scored today.

What I want to know is who these people think we would have got. No one was available and no one wanted to come. It would have been better if bent had gone in the summer, even so you could not predict the injuries to Campbell and Welbeck. What if the had both been fit and got injured the day after the window closed.

If that was your post I'm still laughing at you.
We could have had the best striker in the world up front today and they still wouldn't have scored!
It was lack of opportunities not lack of strikers.

I would have got someone with a bit of muscle up there that can change things, put their defence on the back foot.. we have done that in last 4 games, Carew as part of the deal?? Pav, Sturrege, Kanoute, Ba, Hulk, need I go on?
I am away the defence have been &*^ but we have been to lightweight up the Gyan cant do it all himself... n when ur getting beat we need someone to throw on, as soon as we go a goal down we may as well go home because we NEVERcome back under bruce, no belief we can..... We brought NOBLE on FFS! enough said.
No Idea why he has left Steed out again... joke.
Cypruss.... go a F*&& urself, ur the arsehole

Mate, we were dropped in by Bent.

There's no way a club was going to release a player of the quality of those listed in January.

Bent would make no difference, we aren't making 6 chances a game for him to score at the minute.

Carew is ****, the only time I would have been interested in him was when he was younger and we were looking at him to replace Quinn.
    (Turned us down didn't he?)

Bruce has to live with his decision, if we finish 8th come the end of the season then he will be justified. However how much more can we put up with? its up to 4 defeats now and easily could be 7 after Arsenal, City & Liverpool. Keane left us for a worse record. Challenging times ahead for SAFC

I no longer know anything about football. We have started shipping goals because we never replaced Bent. ****ing ludicrous.

Dunno then, just annoyed, something is wrong at moment. Just been in the best position/opportunity for many years and watching us blow it again!
Quinny wonders why fans dont go?? because we always bottle it!

If you hate to say it, why say it? BTW it wasn't anything really to do with the striker, it was everyone else that was the problem

you go forward with what you have.

the problem is mensah, bramble, muntari, henderson and others have been crap. no fight. that's what is so hard to reconcile. the losses are bad enough, the way they've lost is just so hard to take.

catts and welbeck give us something extra, something intangible. we frickin' need them both back soon.

I hope that Welbeck, Cattermole and Turner are the problem, if they come back and we're still crap something is seriously wrong.

We are still eighth after 4 successive defeats, 2 against opposition above us, 1 x a non footballing side & our bogey team.

This was always going to be a difficult section of the season AND we are still eighth. The last 7 all appear easier and most winnable.
Were not looking at relegation and for the 1st time since the reidy era we are playing some superb football.

Hope we are not turning into our cousins from the dark side thinking we have a right to be in europe.

Think we should all relax and let SB do his job. Massive turnaround in 18 months and nearly all for the better. Chill out boys and cut the negativity.
