Went to bed at 5am so that I'd get a decent sleep, woke up at 11am.. couldn't get back to sleep. Sitting here all day watching footy and just basically waiting.. waiting.. waiting.
Just crawling out of bed for a day most of us never dreamed would happen. Like many more, I just wish my Dad was here to experience it too but hopefully, he'll be with us in spirit. COYH
Glad it's not just me.Went to bed at 11 woke at 12,got back to sleep about 1, woke at 2 then 3 finally abandoned the idea of sleep at 4.Full English at 5 counting the minutes off since then drinking too much coffee and smoking too many ***s.
What's up wi you all?? I slept like a baby. Huge nappy on, outsize bottle of milk and a bonnet on, sucking my thumb........
Never realised how many different tones and styles of snoring MrsFT has, it's been a morning chorus of nasal music since I woke at 4.30am. Anyway, to the decent folk and arseholes on this board, the waiting is nearly over for us all. COYH
I was on the piss with my work last night around Sydney - unfortunately the date had been booked weeks ago but it was a top night out finishing at 3am - I'm currently nursing a hangover with a coffee and about to head out to a surprise party for a mate - where I'll be drunk again after about 3 or 4 beers - this will be 8pm approx. - 6 hours before kick off!! I have no ****ing idea what state I'll be in at 2am but I do know one thing - at 2am Sydney time I will be about to witness the most exciting football event of my life by a long long way - and for that fact I cannot ****ing wait.... Come on City!!!!
